Every allergy, its severity, treatment, and two AAI expiry dates. GP details. Two emergency contacts. An action plan photo or PDF. Free-text medical notes, encrypted at rest.
Three ways to share it with a setting: their permanent sign-up link, a one-time code either side generates, or by searching for the setting by name, address or postcode. If a setting isn't on AllergyHub yet, invite them by email directly from your child's profile.
Every route ends at the same screen: the setting's name, full address and contact name, and a required tick to confirm you recognise them — before anything shares.

Allergen and severity flagged at a glance. AAI status tracked automatically against two expiry dates, not one. Emergency contacts sit behind a reveal click, so they're never shown by default on a shared screen.
Add a child with a one-time authorisation code, or share your own permanent sign-up link. Log incidents — near miss, minor, or serious — with a lessons-learnt review. Parents see everything logged about their own child.
Add a headteacher, deputy, or catering team member from the Team page. Everyone sets their own password — it's never emailed to anyone — and every org login requires an emailed 6-digit code, not just a password. Parents stay password-only, deliberately, so signing up stays quick.
Remove someone's access and it takes effect immediately, even on a session they're already logged into.

Trainer, certificate, an explicit expiry date — not an assumed one-year renewal. Two independently configurable reminder thresholds email every admin the moment a certificate falls inside each window.

A trust generates one reusable code; each school enters it from their own Settings page. No waiting on a platform admin to assign schools manually.
Compliance status and serious incidents across every school in the trust — never individual pupil records. Exactly the level of assurance a governor or trustee actually needs.
A school can pay for itself, or the trust can pay once for every school currently in it. Whichever's in good standing keeps that school working.
Staff sync a trip's essential data — allergen, severity, treatment, AAI expiry, emergency contacts, nothing else — onto their phone while still online, protected by a PIN that's never transmitted. It keeps working with no signal, and purges itself automatically the day after the trip ends.
Revoke a device or an entire trip from the school's own dashboard, and it takes effect the next time that phone's back online.
